jelly bean challenge

Today we did a challenge to hold the most books with toothpicks and jelly beans. My team was able to hold 5 books but the team that came first manged to hold 7 books. that team was the winning team.
we learnt about the technological process with 5 steps brainstorm, research, plan/design, create and present. after all of the building we did we got to eat my teams jelly beans that we built with.

For the experiment we used low fat chips and normal chips. I have put a photo up of the final results. Our teacher gave us chips and graphing paper. as you can see above, it appear's that low fat has more fat than high fat! Try it yourself!
